Well this was a surprise!The last time we visited Siem Reap in 2014 we were graced with the opportunity to eat a traditional Khmer BBQ. This time round in 2019 we didn't have much luck finding anywhere which wasn't a rip-off due to the upraising tourism.Piphop Aha however was recommended by our hotel. It was lovely, very different layout to what you are used to as a European. It had a definite local feel to the place and looked like there where many different types of foods you could eat.We eventually got our Khmer BBQ which was just how I remember it! The staff even came over to help us cook the meat.Top place, would definitely recommend!

Packed with upmarket locals from 11pm till closing. It's a one dish restaurant but the soup is cooked at your table and very tasty. Highly recommended

Tourist friendly with clear English menu. l had a large order of stir fried vegetable with beef for 6.50usd. The vegetable was very crispy.

Local bbq in Cambodian style. Inexpensive and really tasty. The food is fresh you prepare it your self at your table. As much as you want one price for dinner. New experience for me quite enjoyed.

Very busy place with lots of people everyday. The five connection soups are the best sellers in a narrow space. Recommended for the budgeted people.
